The Seniors Real Estate Specialist® (SRES®) designation gives realtors, such as myself, the knowledge and expertise to guide homebuyers and sellers over the age of 50 through major financial and lifestyle transitions by providing knowledge and resources that will help to better serve these clients.

SRES® designees have unparalleled training and experience in seniors real estate. Combined with my experience working with multiple senior clients, listing their home for sale and/or helping them with their new home search as they head into retirement. I have also been given the opportunity to work with multiple families with the sale of a loved one's home after they’ve passed away. Selling a home that is part of an estate presents a unique set of challenges that not every listing agent has experience with. I have found it to be very satisfying to be of help to families in such a situation. I take great pride in the assistance I have provided these families in their time of need.
