An ABR designation is for real estate agents who want to offer the most comprehensive and professional representation for buyer-clients at every stage of their home-buying process. As an Accredited Buyer’s Representative, I have undergone extensive training to best position myself to provide valuable tools and knowledge to real estate buyers. On-going specialized training programs allow me to stay on top of the constantly changing real estate environment of the 21st century, with a focus on challenges that buyers face purchasing a home in today’s market.
It is my opinion that buyers should afford themselves the highest level of professional insight and guidance when making a substantial investment, such as a real estate purchase. The ABR designation isn’t just handed out. It is earned by reaching a series of benchmarks that demonstrate a superior skill set and advanced knowledge. As an Accredited Buyer’s Representative, I have afforded myself with the training and tools so that I can offer just that.
When I first meet with potential clients I always emphasize my value proposition, in other words, how I am uniquely qualified to be of value to my clients. The ABR designation is another way of doing just that, providing value to homebuyers to help them manuever the complicated waters of home-buying. I am committed to providing the best service and advice that I can as a realtor, and obtaining my ABR designation is one way of assuring that I can do so.
